At Eride Space, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
